Validity

• E-hotel vouchers are redeemable until 31st October 2021 (except 23rd December 2020 to 28th February 2021)

Terms & Conditions

• E-hotel vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
• E-hotel vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
• A Full Payment will be charged as voucher confirmation.
• Redemption of E-hotel vouchers should be done by sending an email to hk.ebiz.lk@aitkenspence.lk and confirmations are subject to the hotel’s availability.
• Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only.
• Children age 6-12 will be charged LKR 3,150 on half board & LKR 5,505 on Full Board basis. Above 12 will be considered as adults.
• Accommodation of an additional adult has an extra charge of LKR 6,842 on Half Board & LKR 8,168 on Full Board basis
• E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Individual property blackout dates will apply.
• These packages are non-refundable.
• Vouchers purchased cannot be transferred among hotels.
