Validity
- E-hotel vouchers are redeemable until 31st October 2021 (except 23rd December 2020 to 28th February 2021)
Terms & Conditions
- E-hotel vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
- E-hotel vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
- A Full Payment will be charged as voucher confirmation.
- Redemption of E-hotel vouchers should be done by sending an email to tk.ebiz.lk@aitkenspence.lk and confirmations are subject to the hotel’s availability.
- Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only.
- E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Children age 6-12 will be charged LKR 4,450 on full board basis. Above 12 will be considered as adults.
- Accommodation of an additional adult has an extra charge of LKR 3,421 on Full Board basis
- Individual property blackout dates will apply.
- These packages are non-refundable.
- Vouchers purchased cannot be transferred among hotels.
